WHat is an HR rep?

I am one of the fortunate that has an eldercare benefit. My mother is 89 years of age and even though she is in assisted living, this benefit has certainly paid off for me. Frequent hospitalizations means that she goes back to assisted living with the need for a lot more assistance that is provided. We get 20 days per year of eldercare and pay a co-pay of $40 per day of one on one care (during our scheduled working day(s). You can't beat that. I would recommend that you contact your HR representative to look into this.
