This settles it. I will journal more frequently. The Bible believes in numbering (Teach us to number our days (therefore our foods--cos we are what we eat, and what we eat determines our days, SONG: count your blessings), remembering (we are fearfully and wonderfully made)..and feasting (7 feasts of the Bible), fasting, saying the grace bfore we eat ( turns food even superfoods into super-natural food .

I agree! When trying to lose weight it is a must to use a journal when you can't use a calorie counter. It is vital to always track what you eat. This has worked for my wife. She started using journal and has been shedding those pounds. Great article!

FitDay is good, but NutriMirror is my favorite online food diary ( http:www.nutrimirror.com ). It's free, easy to use, and does a great job counting calories and tracking nutrition.
