Mostly the information in this article was "old news" to me because my bypass surgery was a long time ago. However, I certainly appreciate the fact that it is now published. If I had had this information then, it would have saved me a lot of angst.

This article is right on track. Those of us that have experienced heart attack first hand have a number of the issues discussed here and at different stages of recovery. Thanks for putting it into a format that caregivers can understand. It takes a while to recover and mostly we just need support and understanding to get us back to being "ourselves" as much as possible.
