when i was going through chemo for breast cancer i found out i could handle bread products better then i could anything else. and smoking pot kept the feeling sick at bay

My mom has been sick for about a year now. Always nausious or sick to her stomache. She has lost so much weight she is almost skin and bones. Recently, we have learned she has breast cancer. We are still taking tests to see what stage it's at. She has known for about 6 months but since my dad lost his job med insurance has been an issue till recently she was able to get medicare. Is the nausia caused by the breast cancer? Does this mean she is in an advanced stage? I'm affraid when she takes kimo she wont be able to hold anything down. Thanks Concerned
