Good tip on red clover....can you drink it as a tea?
I now know simple, doable ways to keep my menopause symptoms at bay .....and hot flashes and farting are definitely problems!
If you work at home beans are a great source of fiber and non fat protein. Digestive enzymes help very much with gas and all of them are not the same. Some of us need more hydrocloric acid instead of "Tums" for acid reduction, in order to break down protien. Also, we so need green leafy vegetables if we are not on blood thinners. They are so good for us. So go and look for plant based digestive enzymes with some betaine hydrocloride if you think u need it.
