How much does service cost?

  • How is that cost calculated?

  • What’s the general practice on tipping?

Is it possible to set up a billing account for the service?

  • Can tips be handled through the account?

How much advance notice is required to secure service?

Is there a guarantee on response time?

Are reduced rates available?

  • If so, what are the eligibility criteria for those?

Special needs

How much assistance does the driver provide with:

  • Helping passengers into and out of the vehicle?

  • Ensuring passengers get safely from door to door?

  • Assisting with packages?

Are special arrangements needed for those who use wheelchairs or scooters?
