My mother is in Assisted Living and has adapted well. She was first put in the special care unit and she was going down fast so I had her moved to the other building and she is doing good. My concern is with the facility. They have no Administrator at the time. The owner is letting the place go down. The electricity and water have been disconnected several time's for non payment and the employee's pay check's are bouncing. They were recently written up by the State and change's are not being made. I have exhausted all of her Money, paid them over $23,000.00. They said they have applied for the Medicade Waiver yet no one know's how long it will take. I don't know what to do. I am afraid if I mover her to another facility she will be very confused and upset and I know that with her Dementia I can't bring her back to her home. I can't take care of her, that's the reason I put her there. Please Pray for us both. I need guidance on what to do.
