Some agencies that provide support services get funding under this program. Services available may include the following:
- case management and assessment
- household chore services (minor household repairs, cleaning, yard work)
- companion services
- community meals
- home-delivered hot meals (Meals on Wheels) once or twice a day
- homemaker services
- transportation
