Is it okay to share a bathroom with someone going through chemo?

Neither chemotherapy nor cancer itself is contagious. A cancer patient takes chemotherapy drugs to combat the fast-growing cancer cells in his or her body. There is no way that these drugs can be transmitted to another person. So there is no risk to anyone around the patient in sharing any part of the house, including the bathroom.
